Villa Aissa

Marrakech, Morocco, Africa

Villa Aissa

4 guests · 2 bedrooms · 2 beds · 2 baths

With its terracotta facade and olive green vault, Villa Aissa is a typical Marrakech villa. You lose your bearings in its maze of stairs and different-level terraces, as in a labyrinth from the Arabian Nights. Inside, colorful woodwork blends with patterned mosaics. A delicate wrought iron chandelier hangs from the dome in the chili red-colored dining room, creating a theatrical atmosphere. And in the bedrooms that open on the sunny patio, you are fully drawn into the Moroccan universe. The golden lamps stand next to cushions with Berber prints and woven carpets bought on the souks of the Medina. Take time to meditate on the pristine bed, at the edge of the turquoise mosaic pool in the intimacy of the patio. Or choose a massage in the garden, in the shade of olive trees. Later, meet under the net cover of the terrace to sip a cocktail prepared by the chef, before heading to the center of Marrakech. Perched above the city lights on the rooftop of the Nomad restaurant, share a ginger and saffron flavored chicken tagine.
