Freshly prepare coffee and tea specialties as well as egg dishes upon request. At midday you may choose from a menu. The chef serves freshly prepared national and international cuisine (additional fee applies). In the evening, the staff indulge you with an exclusive 4-course supper menu
  • Fire-making in the wood stoves, preparation of the spa area, snow removal, lodge cleaning, ski pass service, meal service, shuttle bus transfer to the valley station of the mountain gondola

  • In summer it is possible to drive right up to the Chalet. In winter, you can only reach the Bischoferalm with a winter-ready four-wheel drive vehicle. Alternatively, you can park your vehicle at Bischoferhof, where a shuttle will pick you up and bring you to the house

  • The Alpbachtal valley offers you a broad range of diversions. In addition to Alpine skiing, winter hiking and snowshoe tours, you can also use the Chalet's very own sledding run and sleds for no addition price
  • The Ski shuttle transports you to the ski area (7 top-notch lifts and 145 km of slopes with guaranteed snow) in the morning and back in the evening at the time of your choice. If you just can't get enough time on the slopes, you can also visit the ski areas in the neighbouring Zillertal valley or the Kitzbühel region
  • The Alpbachtal charms with its original rural Tyrolean character. Nowhere else in Tyrol will you find such well-maintained centuries-old farmyards. They form the heart of the region's spirit and lend it a unique charm.   • Conference Equipment: Bischofer Alm Chalet is naturally equipped with the full array of multimedia equipment (projector, HDTV, HiFi stereo, wifi). Upon request, gastronomical services (catering, private chef), musical accompaniment or an entertainment program tailored to your wishes
  • The Bischofer Chalet is also an ideally unique location for the most important day in your life - your wedding. In addition to a small private chapel directly in the meadow, it offer you and your guests everything that belongs to a proper wedding: catering or private chef, musical entertainment (wind instruments, dance or contemporary music), floral decoration, and shuttle service

When to go

  • Tyrol is an all-year round destination. To enjoy the best skiing go from January till the end of March. The Tyrolean summer lasts from May till the end of September

  • By air: Airports: Innsbruck 50 minutes, Salzburg 1 1/2 hours & Munich 1 3/4 hours
  • The hotel offers a valid shuttle service from Innsbruck, Salzburg & Munich airports
  • By car: In the winter, you can only reach the meadow with a winter-ready four-wheel drive vehicle. Alternatively, you can naturally park your vehicle at Bischoferhof, where a shuttle will pick you up and bring you to the house
