The atypical ensemble is made up of 17th and 18th century buildings linked together by stone galleries, small squares and alleys lined with low dry-stone walls, typical of the region, overgrown with vines and climbing plants. You can walk through this labyrinth and discover a spectacular view of the surrounding area, an unexpected swimming pool, cypress trees surrounding a well, with the Château de Crillon as a highlight.

Facilities

  • In the 16 rooms and 18 suites, the old red floor tiles typical of Provence contrast with the warm subtle decor. Strong linen, natural nuances in half-tones, cosy plaids, soft materials. The serene atmosphere invites rest and luxurious relaxation.
  • Each room or suite is unique with antique furniture and selected decor, remaining in its original layout according to the architecture of the house. Panorama on Mont-Ventoux, windows like life-size paintings on the surroundings, double bathtub with a view.
  • The architect Charles Zana has imagined a very contemporary version of the Provençal style for the rooms and suites, some of which have a terrace and all of which are different. Simplicity plays the leading role here, with delicate tones in shades of white, beige, cream and ivory, and natural materials such as Crillon stone, slate, old parquet floors and terracotta tiles. There is a lot of antique furniture and other pieces that are very much in the spirit of the times, such as the vintage stools signed by Charlotte Perriand.

Our Favourite

  • The garden – Everywhere dry-stone walls devoured by scented climbers, flights of stone stairs leading to unexpected viewpoints overlooking Mont Ventoux. Shaded pergolas and a fountain which sings just above the outdoor swimming pool. Venerable cypresses watching over a forgotten well and just below, the Château of Crillon with its medieval battlements from the Luberon.
  • In the heart of the Crillon-le-Brave hotel, a petanque court awaits the guests. The petanque court, nicely laid out in a terraced area, gives you the opportunity to play the most popular sport in Pagnol's Provence.

Wine & Dine

  • Adrien Brunet, the Executive Chef, offers the rich flavours of Provence on a platter in our two restaurants, both revealing an impressive view of Mont Ventoux.
  • La Madeleine offers a refined cuisine highlighting the finest local products, an invitation to discover an exceptional heritage of diversity and generosity.
  • From breakfast to dinner, La Table du Ventoux is the beating heart of the Crillon le Brave hotel, where we meet around authentic, local and tasty cuisine.

Wellness

  • Cut off from the world, set in the old stone vaulted stables from the 18th century, the bouquets of lavender have taken their place in the restored stone mangers. Under the monumental arches, the blond stone of Crillon le Brave makes the atmosphere extraordinarily soft and creates a subdued intimate setting perfect for completely disconnecting. Isolated from outside noise and daylight, the Spa des Ecuries is the heart of the Mont Ventoux hotel and has everything needed to soothe the mind and body. In this protected sanctuary, three rooms, including one double, allow you to take full advantage of the treatment rituals. Entirely adapted to the personal needs of each individual, the face and body treatments use the active ingredients of organic plant extracts and essential oils. All of nature's restorative powers work in synergy with the expertise of the spa therapists to rekindle your health.
