The Faena District was designed with an inclusiveness in mind, to enrich the entire community. Sustainability runs deep, as Faena is both an innovation and reinvention. Alan Faena reimagined historic buildings including the Saxony Hotel, originally built in 1947 that used to welcome performers Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe.
